Cancellations of online ready to deliver order

Buyer may cancel the order before the shipping arrangements being made, hence, please let us know if you order wrongly or any mistakes in the order. So we can cancel, modify the order

Custom Order and Service Products

Cancellation of custom order is very limited and need to discuss with our sales and support team

Returns and Replacements

The Company shall entertain requests for return of products if there is some issues with the quality and/or the quantity of the product(s) in the order along with sufficient proof of the validity of such complaint within 72 hours from receipt of the order. Once the Company agrees to the return request and approves the same, the we will dispatch a new product free of cost and bear the shipping charges for the same.

Refunds

If the buyer is not satisfied about the quality/quantity of the product(s) in the order along with sufficient proof of the validity of such complaint and if an alternate batch of the products can’t be arranged on time by us, we will take all steps to ensure the refund.

Buyers can reach us at support@chemilybio.com in such occasions to solve the issue, then the Company shall refund the entire amount to the buyer.

Every refund shall be made directly into the bank account of the buyer which the buyer has used to make the payment online and shall be processed within 3 working days from the date of request for refund.

The Company has the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
